My favourite just now is Merlin bird id, never realised how many different birds I hear and can identify rather than the usual blackbird, magpie,buzzard ,wood pigeon etc
Any other worth loading ? A good rain predictor like they use in F1 that can tell you pretty accurately how soon before you will get wet

I use Epic Ride Weather. Great little app. Its not free though.

Rain alarm or rain viewer are apps that show the radar and alert you of approaching dampness. Rain alarm has better radar but if the rain is moving fast the alerts can be late, rain viewer radar imagery is a bit hit and miss but generally alerts you earlier.
