Going to the big smoke this week to do some training, was thinking an early morning run could work how early would I have to get up to avoid bumping into too many people?!

Whereabouts are you? Plenty of people run at lunchtime, so the number of people isn't really an issue. The bigger pain will be the constant road junctions unless you go for the Thames path or similar.

I've gone out about 7am before and it's been pretty quiet in the City. You can go across London Bridge, down Tooley Street, over Tower Bridge and back down the Thames Path, which is about 5k, and a nice lap.

Cool am awaiting to find out where the hotel is the company we're doing training for is near Buckingham Palace so was thinking an easy lap around some of those parks could work.

Am only from Devon so a street with more than 3 people on is classed as a riot!

You've got Green Park & St. James Park seconds from each other near the palace!

Green Park, St James and Hyde Park all close by and you can loop round some or all depending on how far you want to go. There are a reasonable number of people about from 7.30 but its never that busy at this time of year.
