Reply to multiple emails all under the same label with the same reply without doing each one individually?

do you mean reply to all on the same email?

or different emails with same header?

Either would be fine.

It would be good if it was 10x individual emails so they link to the conversations (Gmail does seem to tie emails into the one conversation when they should not be sometimes)

Why can't I mark the emails I want, and click reply to all? That seems like a sensible function!

because they're not emails. they're conversations. which could include lots of other addresses to whom you wouldn't want to send the group email.

something learnt.

still cant apply a mail action to selected mails though, only meta actions.

you'd have thought someone in google labs would have put some mail tools in there...
