There is a curry house on the High Street and it was great last time I went. But that was about 4 or 5 years ago

The Prince of India, near the Bank of Scotland. I think you may have to watch for the price of their Indian beers though.

Had one in the Traquair Arms, Innerleithen, wasn't bad.
