John Torode, he from Master Chef, made some good looking ones on the ITV4 cycle show earlier this year. Let us know if you find the recipe anywhere. His tip was covering them in rice paper.

Made Nigella cereals bars: 100g cranberries, 250g oats, 75g shredded coconut, 100g mixed seeds and 100g nuts bound together with tin of condensed milk then baked for about 1 hr at 130. Warm the condensed milk first - it's easier to mix together. Cut when still slightly warm
