[Closed] Ginger beer, frozen and chewy! How??

OK, so i've googled it to no avail. I have no clue what's going on, but after an hour in the freezer I reckon my bottle of Crabbies could probably serve as dinner.
Anyone else notice this? What happens if it goes longer...?!?!?!

Alcohol reduces the freezing point.
