Just dropped the Audi off for a service and was riding back home in Leamington Spa on my shiny Ornage 5 650b and got a strange stare from someone who looked like a typical STW knob!

Must of been my "sports causal" attire he didn't like! ๐Ÿ™‚

That's awfully generous.

Perhaps they'd never seen an Ornage 5 before. I haven't...

I'm confused.

You're playing the role of an STW nob, or the person staring at you is?

...and why; it's too early to be well-oiled?

Frankly a 1/10 is generous! (Edit: as already pointed out by one of us nobbers above)

Nowt to do with the bike or the car.

You must just look like a right ****.

Must of been my

He knew you are the type to use "of" instead of "have". How did you survive such a look of disgust? Not worth 1/10

I was trying to be polite in the original tread . Even I'm guilty of riding my zesty in a scruffy tee. But when you see a brand new bike ridden in the wrong gear, it might just be someone's pride and joy.

Edit .wrong gear might be just crap riding.

The mtb world is split into two groups,

Those that own/have owned an orange bike, and those that think they know better

I've had one. And if it had been stolen I would of been more than happy if someone had spotted it. Oh I was driving a my vw t5 so I must be a singletrack nob . Mrs pk13 has a audi too.

Oh god what have I become
