Just bought a Garmin Edge 800 and followed some links that are also on here to get free Open Source Maps (talky toaster / ravenfamily) but all they appear to be is basically road maps. A mate has the same device and downloaded maps from a similar site (but she can't recall where!) which look identical to Ordnance Survey maps. Any ideas where i can get the Ordnance Survey maps for free or ones that look similar? Thats what I was really wanting on this device and dont fancy paying £180 for them!

Have a google for Mobile Atlas Creator
or download the Garmin OS from a torrent or similar if that suits
