My Garmin edge thinks that it has uploaded this morning's ride (So I no longer get the blue bar at the top of the History | Rides page, but the ride isn't on Garmin Connect (and obvs not Strava either).
Is anyone else having trouble with Garmin connect today, and if not, is there any other way to force the ride to re-upload?

All working for me.
Worked for me earlier. I'm sure if you go in and select the ride you can force it to upload.
There isn't any way (obvious) to force the ride to upload. When there are un-uploaded (if that's a thing) rides I get a blue-bar at the top which I press to upload. Now my only options are to delete it, or create a route from it.
In the end I've plugged it in and uploaded the .fit file to Garmin connect, which was very easy as its just a drag-drop.
