New to Garmin Connect and wondering if there is a way to specify which activities sync with Strava? I record everything on my watch but only want to sync runs and walks to strava as I use other devices for cycling.
Nope. All or nothing.
My wife records everything on her connect, but deletes walks and stuff as it goes to strava, as she only wants to know her running and cycling data on Strava.

OK - it puts everything on Strava, but you can select what is Public
Set the connection to default to private for all activities in Strava, then just unprivate the rides when viewing the Strava stuff.
Im saying that but I now can't remember if that is an option or if I'm thinking of Trailforks integration...

It's very new and I've not had a chance to try it or set it up yet.
I guess I'll just delete the duplicated activities then.
As aside, Garmin appear to have decided you can’t sync third party software with non-Garmin activities, so Zwift shows up in connect but won’t sync across to e.g. RubiTrack. Why this should be…
