[Closed] Garden Fence Lighting
I want to install a number of up and down lighters on some new garden fencing. The plan will be to run the wiring attached to the back of the fencing at around 4ft high.
What cable would you all recommend using? I was thinking something like this; 3 Core Flex Rubber Cable (3183TRS) 1.5mm2 x 25m Drum
My thoughts are there shouldn't be any risk of it getting damaged?
I also plan to run to armoured cabling in some flower beds which will connect to some step lights.

I believe there is a minimum depth cable should be buried (600mm)

Just use 12v LEDs and then tag the cable in the fence...

Also - has anyone come across a solution to allow the remote switching of lights? Google has come up with a knightsbridge switching box like this Remote Controlled Switch Box IP66 - 3 Gang

Our garden lighting comes back to a plug socket in the garage. We control it through a smart plug socket - on at sunset / off at 11pm.
