So Mrs M and I have bought our first house, a 60's semi.....with a rotten timber garage.
So we need a new garage. Thhe latest quote, is it in your opinion realistic?
Roughly 20x10 built on existing base with a screed over the top and ramped apron.
Double skinned,apex roof tiled, roughcasted to match house, up and over door, side door, soak away

Sounds about right to me, though I guess it depends whereabouts you are.
