Looks a bit smooth for shaggy ink cap but definitely a coprinus the way the cap is liquefying. If you get them early enough most are edible, but DO NOT drink alcohol with them, the mixture will make you very sick. They use the same compound in drugs to wean alcoholics off the sauce

The thing I love about fungi is you can usually make up a plausible name just by looking at it. If someone told you that thing was called Giant Rotting Goblin-Cock, you'd have no reason to doubt it.
