Whats on the menu then chaps and chapesses?

I've just had a bacon, sausage and egg barm the same size as my head.

Usual rules apply. If you're having a salad, we don't want to know

What calory-laden unhealthiness are we going for then? 😀

I have a Waitrose pastrami and emmental sandwich, showing as RED for fat and salt on the traffic light food labelling.

Possibly followed by some meantime pale ale for lunch, it's too hot to run today right?

Traybake Friday at work today. Millionaire shortbread and Rocky Road.

Pie, beans and chips for lunch I think washed down with a wee Guinness.

Whatever massively calorific stuff they have on offer from the various food trucks at the Peterborough Beer Festival later.

Only having a salad for lunch though, to leave room...

Out of the house at 5.30 this morning and can't eat first thing but between 10am and just now I've consumed a full jumbo packet of chocolate digestives.

We're off to the chippy at dinner and it's looking like takeaway for tea as the wife is off out and I'm home alone with the kids.

Ooh yeah fat Friday. I've no idea what I'm having yet but as I'm currently at half way riding back from my hollybobs I will definitely be consuming half my bodyweight in something unhealthy when I get home.

I'm staying at the in-laws in Liverpool, so it's meat and potatoes ask the way for the weekend.
As a concession to my healthyness? my MIL just offered to do beans with our lunchtime bacon, waflles and eggs

Ran out of my under-desk Weetabix stash, so stopped at Cambridge services to get some brekkie....ended up with a hazelnut croissant & a pain au raisin from Patisserie Valerie....

Lunch was work supplied Chicken & Chorizo paella, of which I had 2 portions & while making a post-lunch coffee a colleague just walked in brandishing a large packet of McVitie's Chocolate Digestives, so I had one of those too.....

Doubt my productivity will be very high this afternoon!! 😆

2 x beef and horseradish sandwich
2 x smoked salmon and caper sandwich
1 x turkey salad sandwich
1 x large slab of disgustingly chocolatey chocolate cake

need a poo now.

Had a portion of yesterdays rice, chorizo and prawn...thing, which didn't really touch the sides, so it was off Scoff for a pulled pork and coleslaw baton

Then it's off to the pub after work for a few beers, then homemade curry for tea.

(Have been doing loads of exercise to earn all this btw)

Last nights pulled pork with a little BBQ sauce....fried in butter then combined with a three egg omelette with some double cream mixed in for good measure....splendid.

Arteries seem to be a sore this afternoon...

Huge hot pork roll with lots of crackling.
Family size bag of Kettle Chips.
Share make of chocolate buttons.
Token apple.

Beer and pizza on the menu later too.

Plus my wife's away all weekend so that means I'm on takeaway and pub food Saturday and Sunday too.

Cold meat pasty, a hot chocolate, plus a chocolate orange and ginger double scoop ice cream at British Camp (near Malvern) before travelling back to Southampton.
