What've you got then fellow porkers?
I have just finished a mixed bowl of fresh berries, Greek yoghurt and rolled oats.

A couple of bananas for breakfast, nice healthy chicken salad for lunch which I ruined by being drawn in to Greggs for a couple of ring donuts... and home cooked fish & chips for dinner.

Cheating as two days ago, but this was the best steak pie I've ever had.
I'm still thinking about it on Friday if that qualifies.
Felt I should forgo my nearly traditional Didcot alfresco full English, after letting myself down when we were out yesterday (sausage and onion baguette, so good I had another, much to the irritation of the mrs), so I compromised with a bacon and mushroom stick.
sausage and beans on toast for breakfast.
Snap, added a fried egg.
Now for the fish chips and mushy peas. Proper British Fryday
In Bath for a gig and just found a bar that specialises in cider and pizza, two of my favourites! That's me sorted for food and drinks 😀

Piece of Aldi fruit and nut chocolate.
Preparing for a week long gastronomic extravaganza in the lakes next week, so just a large donner kebab for me tonight…
