Off to Africa with work tomorrow pm.
I like to watch TDF highlights each night on ITV4. I thought I'd use the ITV player but someone pointed out I can't use it in other countries same for the Beeb I-player.
IT guy says I can use a UK Proxy server from Botswana to access UK ITV player.
Not done any before any suggestions?
Stream it from one of the links on steephill.

You could also try Expat Shield, it hides your IP address, then open ITV Player.
Are you sure youll have the speed to watch it?
My experiance was satelite internet shared between everyone in the village it seemed
Your biggest issue will be the speed of the internet if its anything like Ethiopia. Even the big hotels internet connections weren't that quick...
Google "lshunter" for how to find "free" streams of the tour.
I'll be in the Gabarone sun hotel.
Downtown Gabarone in Botswana so it's about as good as it gets in terms of connection I.e not remote etc.
thanks for your tips thus far ๐
Expat Shield will work fine. I just watched the prologue higlights on itvplayer using it. ๐
Thanks hig and Ben.
Expat sounds like it will sort me out.
Don't want to come back and have to watch 2 weeks worth of highlights while trying to avoid updates from mates before hand.
