So, kids had dinner at their mums tonight so had to cook something just for me looked in the fridge and found bacon and saugages.
Have wrapped said bacon around sausages to make proper sized pigs in blankets and have rolls and apple sauce ready.
Pigs in blanket hotdogs? am I a genius... I will find out shortly when they are done.

Meh...you can get deep fried pigs in blankets now. Perhaps try and do that?

We always make road in the hole with pigs in blankets instead of ‘plain’ sausages.
Ketchup is too lowly for a dish of this stature!
