just had a lovely lunch of toasted soda farls, ham, pefectly ripe avocado and peri-peri seasoning salt
properly hit the spot and will set me up nicely for climbing straight after work

Waitrose microwaved beef in black bean sauce (surprisingly delicious), buttered baguette and a pint of milk.
