We have the annual presentation night at the U13s rugby club coming up and the coaches thought that it would be a great idea to interview the players and show it on the night as part of the proceedings. The only snagette is that being 13 y/o males some of the answers are a little, er lets say inappropriate. Can anyone recommend some free video editing software that a complete novice can use?

#edit: I should say that all I am after doing is editing bits out. I'm not looking for a BAFTA or anything.
Got a reasonably recent iPhone or iPad? iMovie is pretty much the best free software on any platform and will happily edit HD footage on an iPhone, no worries.

Is Windows Movie Maker still a thing? That would've done the job nicely.
Shotcut. Free. Cross platform. Pretty easy to learn (especially for basic editing).
