We're having a bit of a last minute riding trip up to Glen Affric to ride around Beinn Fhada, heading up tonight. The campsite in Morvich is full - are there any decent wild or free camping spots nearby where we're not too far removed from the car but obeying all the rules?

There's a site at the foot of Glen Shiel/Shiel Bridge and another at Reraig on the Kyle Road.
There is an area at Balmacara the FCS promoted as a wild camp spot for motorists. Dunno if it's still there.
I've car-camped at the top of the Bealach Ratagan when it was particularly midged.
Lots of little bits on the A87 alongside Loch Cluanie too.
