We have something almost as big as that, that we were forced to build under our car park to take all the surface water from our new factory. The difference is that it's made from thousands of plastic crates like milk crates, all stacked in a massive hole and wrapped in a permeable membrane to allow any polluted water to collect then seep away rather than enter the adjacent river. Shame we can't do beautiful brick arches any more.

Cool. Think I've been past this a few times, shame the story deosn't say when it's open. Maybe I'll plan a ride up that way and have a butcher's anyway.
