[Closed] Foods that work well together unexpectedly

I had half a tin of beans left over from tea last night and, as we'll not be eating at home until Sunday, thought I should try and make use of them. At the minute I'm making cheese salads for my lunch, which are tasty and I've been really enjoying them, but I thought what the heck - it's a Friday, live a little. So mushroom, tomato, peas, green beans, cubes of double gloucester and shreds of lettuce with half a tin of beans - opened up my lunchbox with not a little trepidation, and it was fantastic, deffo be trying that again.

Any other suggestions for foods that might not immediately seem to be compatable that you've found work well together?

On all day rides I usually take Elvis sandwiches.

Streaky bacon, peanut butter and apricot jam on crispy cob. Or roll, as other regions might call it.
