On Saturday night at the Dyfi we had a fresh phesant (still warm following its recent battle with a car) and wild garlic pasta, bloody lovely
I got two phesants on the way home too, gotta love road kill, well the un squashed variety, no lead shot in it either, try it!

Wot can you eat hedgehogs with ? do you put pinapple/cheese cubes on the spines b4 serving ?

Cover them in mud chuck them in a the hot ashes of a fire, when done the peel like an onion.
