Will be heading up from Cornwall on me own although think a couple of people I know are heading down from Derby so hopefully will hook up with them. Otherwise I might be looking for some STWers to hook up with!

Might even take my bike that weekend and head over to Chicksands for the first time too 😀

if you can get 3 bikes, and a weeks worth of stuff for two, and two people, in an astra, you can certainly sleep in one andy 😉

We're camping, taking the boy to his first gig, not a bad start for him.

Try the White Hart Hotel in Ampthill if your struggling. Its about a 15 min taxi ride but only about £70 a night last time I looked. Maybe its gone up now though...there is also a travel lodge at Marston Moretaine which isnt to far away again taxi ride and if your feeling flush try some of the places in Woburn (you can go for a ride on the Saturday!)

We've managed to reserve a room but would rather camp because the price of the ****er will stop us eating for the rest of the month!!!

Got ours on Wednesday for the Sunday gig - wahay! 'Mon the Biff etc 🙂

We booked at the Hilton Northampton just off Jn 15 of the M1, £75 inc breakfast, for a room for 2. It's about 30 minutes up the road.

Crikey ! I live about two miles away. If I had spare rooms I could make a fortune...

Had already thought about kipping in the car Olly lol.

Emailed one b&b in MK and said he was closed that weekend to go on holiday. Bet he's kicking himself now!

B&B in Leighton Buzzard just down the train line is good and cheap
http://www.whitehorsebandb.co.uk/

Although I've vowed never to return to MK for a concert again after experiencing 1.5hr long queues for the 4 bars at the Pendulum gig. We bought a crate so not to queue again (almost £100). No parking close by and town is a long walk. It was mayhem trying to get transport back to hotel, but the train saved the day/night. Shame as the venue is excellent.

Enjoy, and try and prepare yourselves

If you give me your ticket, you can stay at my place 🙂

You have to have a system.

@ Thisisnotaspoon we've got two because the mrs bought four by mistake, they're on flea bay as we speak, if they don't sell you can have them for what they cost us.

Just in case anyone is still look for accommodation. I am taking over a B & B in April in Woburn Sands which is about 6-7 miles from the National Bowl where the Foo Fighters concert will be. Full on 2nd July but have a family room or a twin still available on 3rd. If interested email woodleysfarmhouse@live.co.uk. Thx
