Anyone else going on this Fridays FNRTTC Bognor ride ?. Never having done one of these rides before what sort of pace should I expect ?.
Pace of the slowest . They certainly aren't stupidly fast, and a fair few of them will be on hybrids and folders. The rear markers and sweepers will do a great job of looking after you if you find yourself at the back. Expect plenty of breaks. It's about the ride and fellowship. Does Simon still run it?

No, a group of us takes it in turn. I'm leading Bristol to Barry Island.
The rides are designed to be inclusive so expect a conversational pace and stops to regroup. Some reprobates (I name no names) like to celebrate the end of the ride with a few pints.
If you find the pace a bit slow, volunteer to waymark and you can sprint back to the front.
