Those Gatti shots are grim - don't care who you are, big punches ain't nothing. Boxing is the art of hitting without being hit.

Yeah, he absolutely battered Gatti, and Floyd's never really been a puncher. Considering the wars Gatti was in with Ward, Floyd battered him silly. It's the punches you don't see that hurt the most, and Floyd throws plenty of those.

Earls Court 1994, Division Bell?

I was there.
It was the most spectacular spectacle I've ever seen or heard. (Dave Gilmour can't sing but Jeesus, he can knock a tune out on a geetar.)

A bloke I knew had a brother who was a roadie for U2 (lighting engineer), he went to the Floyd do at Earls Court & said it was the most spectacular thing he'd ever seen.

It put me in mind of this dude - [url=

timing and movement are really hard to beat.

I saw the pre-release tour of Dark Side back in 1970 (I think). Simple by today's standards but certainly spectacular back then.

Proper Floyd is pre Dark Side though.

I went to Earls Court for the Delicate Sound of Thunder tour. 88 I think. On the turning away was one of the finest bits of guitar playing I think I have ever heard to this day.
