Looking to take a friend in a kayak or a few hours tomorrow on some open flat water as she's never paddled before. I'm a competent paddler and am basically just letting her have a play to kill a few hours. To avoid a trip up to Coniston/Windermere I'm trying to find any reservoirs/tarns around Keighley or Halifax I can just chuck a couple of boats on.
Any ideas? I can think of Keighley tarn but that's about it

Try Ogden water near keighley/denholme area.
Or the canal at Skipton perhaps?
