Hello STW,
A good friend of mine has been given notice to move out of his rented flat as the landlord wants to take possession. It's not that he isn't a good tenant.
In any case, he's been given 8 weeks and needs to be out by Dec 23rd which is a terrible time to be trying to rent, especially at short notice.
I think the budget is fairly low, circa 700PCM. He's after somewhere with a bit of space though as he's got a fair amount of stuff, and also parking available. Offers or options of any sort are gratefully accepted, however!
I'll link him to this thread, so if anyone has a flat etc they are looking to rent out; leave a reply and/or send me a PM and I'll put you in contact.
Ideas for contacts are also very welcome as he's got a lot on his plate and is not sure where to look next.

EDIT: I didn't say, but he's tried a great many places and has had no luck at all, hence needing a bit of help.
Has he tried Marshall & Cross? Based in Wellingborough so not that far away.

I don't think so, no. But he does say he's not yet found anything suitable. I'll pass these on...
