Went past a house on the 12th - 5 christmas trees in the 5 road facing windows all lit up, the main window now has 3 trees in it giving a total of 8 trees & some garden lights...

I am not worried by how early they are put up. It's how late they take them down.

Week ago in Droylsden, Manchester, whole front of the terace was lit up.

Try Disneyland (Florida) went after Christmas some years ago, got there on the 2nd of Jan, spent a week and then went down to the Keys. Popped into Downtown Disney prior to the flight home and the decorations were all still up on the 16th with Christmas music tinkling everywhere, very wrong.
