Anyone done one recently? Have they changed owt? They seem to make a small change every time like number of rescue breaths or something.

Nope nothing had changed in my head from 3 years ago, apart from usual trainer differences / personal view of the world.
Nothing much has changed, I did mine in June. Instructor asked me to stop answering all the questions!
He did cover the EFD machines which was helpful and one of the ladies on the course had used CPR to save her Dad who was having a heart attack.
It'd been a few years for me but the main difference is they were pushing up the CPR speed again, they seem pretty set on 120bpm now. (though, lunatic instructor insisted on singing Stayin Alive, while doing faster compressions, for some reason, then told everyone off for actually doing it in time)
