Two jets seem to be chasing a little plan across Gloucestershire. They passed over me 15 minutes doing very tight turns out toward Tetbury, and then passed back 10 minutes later toward Gloucester escorting a plane.

5 minutes they appear to be 'chasing' it the other way.

Very exciting, and I need to know what going on. Any spies or RAF on here that would be in the know?

Fairford display aircraft, obviously, sometimes see aircraft near here, in Chippenham, although since Lyneham closed not so many.
Fairford is just to the east of Cirencester, with Cricklade and Highworth just to the south, Stroud is to the west, on about the same flightline and display aircraft will be sitting in holding patterns well off to the east and west, ready to come in and do their displays.

Does FR24 show military stuff?

I tried replaying on FR24, and couldn't find them, so I would say no; but there was no sign of the camera plane either.

To see military stuff use www.adsbexchange.com
Go to options, filter, select military

That's usually shows most military stuff then
