[Closed] fender mustang 1 advice.what would you recommend...
amp settings/effects e.t.c for playing the spirit of radio by rush? have just been playing around with my lovely new amp (it's awesome 😀 the trouble is though,i'm just lost with all the options that i have with this new amp (fuse software alone i could spend years getting to grips with it 😯 i haven't played through an amp for over a year (my last amp was a line 6 spider 2 75w/this new amp pees over it from a great height+ i't less than 1/2 the price of the line 6 when i bought it 😯 here's the original track for anyone who hasn't heard it before

Picked up a Mustang 1 over Chrsitmas. For a 20W practice amp it's plenty loud enough to annoy the neighbours 😉
On installing the software I noticed that there was a users forum on the Fender site - with downloadable / swappable setings for different genres / tracks.
Just sounds like a bassy distortion with a nice splash of chorus and reverb/delay to me
Intro sounds like a wah wah pedal positioned nearer the treble end of its sound (bad description, like the tone in Dire Straits Money for Nothing)
Then just good old distortion and quite a heavy chorus, and as mentioned a splash of reverb
