It's happened a few times recently. If I miss as much as two days training I start to feel wheezy at night and have trouble breathing. Sort of like when a chest infection is on it's way.
It's been going on for two calender months now.
But as soon as I ride I feel great, and get good sleep.
Anyone been here?
yes, I feel crap if I don't exercise, as do a lot of people.
Look on it as good fortune, you are forced to keep yourself in shape...
After a very long/hard training session I get the wheezes as I lie down just before sleep, it's like someone's gotten a teeny bit of rice paper and shuved it right at the base of my neck near my larynx. It's just a teeny wheeze, but more than enough to both annoy and disturb dropping off to sleep.
If I have a light training session I don't get it, but then what'dapoint of a light ride eh??
If I also, as I sit now, empty my lungs and deep breath out and push it rattles again...
I'm putting it down to a) age and b) flappy skin.
Baint nuffin I can do about it.
