Looking to order som Ay-ups, but note that they get sent by Fed Ex.

The 'local' depot is 32 miles away and there's no chance of me being in to sign for them.

What are peoples experiences?

They were really quick and dropped stuff off at the right time, charged me loads of tax though 🙁

Delivered me a parcel from California to the UK in 3 days by 8.00 am - no damage no fuss at customs either.

Farking good IMO.

I found them utterly utterly utterly fugging fugging useless (I'm not sure I've made my point here-but you get the drift) They also won't take responsibility for their mess up)

Kiril - this is what I feared!

Sent ay-up an email to see if there's an alternative courier they can use that has a depot in Lincoln - we shall see. Otherwise, I'll have to take my chances!

If they won't offer the alternative courier ask them to request that you'll pick up at the depot, pick is a service that FedEx offer but it needs to be specified on the Airway Bill.
