[Closed] FB advertising - so bad

I've noticed that the companies that advertise on FB are so bad, I've decided to never click on one again.

I know they are all contextual.

But I've had enough of fake brand outdoor clothing, 'government backed' energy schemes or replacement windows, 'sharpest knives in the world' and endless 'competitions' that are 'free' to enter. Most appear to be iffy companies, usually based in China too... (etc).

Anyone else?

I only click on FB ads to say "Hide this Ad".

never clicked on one in my life. I like to mess with the algorithm by every now and then reporting or hiding every advert for ridiculous reasons. A day or two of that gives me a couple of weeks advert free facebook.

I just use Facebook through Firefox with one or two of those useful add ons that block annoying things like ads

I keep getting adverts for a dog rescue rucksack that means you can haul your dog out of the back country when it gets bitten by a rattlesnake. I'd better get a dog.

I keep getting eco sustainable clothing. Regardless of what it is it always seems to cost 150eur so I'm not their market.  They need to more tightly geolocate to hebden bridge really

You can apparently buy "Jelly Boobs" - like Jelly Babies but, well, you know.

At least it made me laugh
