Superchunk: 'Hyper Enough'

Just utterly life enhancing, sadly on this side of the Atlantic turgid Brit pop dross was the order of the day in 1995.

Astonishing. Has hints of Bach, smatterings of Mozart , a touch of Lifeson, some Iommi and more. Simply astonishing.

As hard as you can push the envelope of music and lets be honest you can push pretty hard, sometimes the results are never quite as satisfying as the simple pleasure of playing a four chord pop song at an unfeasible volume...

needs to played loudly....

No one mentioning the start of Today by the Smashing Pumpkins? Or Du Hast by Ramstein? Nothing else matters by Metallica? Or even Enter Sandman? Mainstream I know. But do I care? Do I ****? Great riffs.
