Just spent the best part of the day hoofing around the bridleways near, in and around Farley mount. Pleasantly surprised.
Not anywhere near as "built up" as Lordswood down the road, but thats probably more to do with the inhabitants of Winchester not wanting dirt under their finger nails! 🙄

A few years ago there was talk of building some trails in there, bit odd considering the chalk base. Do any locals know what came of this?
It's useful for linking up with other tracks, namely the descent off Beacon Hill and Parnholt Wood.
