Recipes or just have it with onion? I've just bought a couple of packs for c77p each ๐ฎ and fried some 'neat'. Very nice and the childhood memories are flooding back!
pate - equal quantities of liver & butter, fried with an onion and then whizzed down in a blender and allowed to cool. Heart attack on a plate, but lovely with toast.
Absolutely gorgeous, Make Delia Smith's recipe for Chicken Liver Pate, the mutts nuts so it is. Especially when served with a bit of onion marmalade on warm toast.
