Have been having lower back problems. Seems to be a split in the diagnosis of disc protrusion aggravating nerves Vs. facet syndrome. From my tiny knowledge, and listening to docs and phyios/osteos, and pilates teacher, and Google, the facet diagnosis makes more sense.
Anyone experienced facet syndrome and any tips/hints etc to share?
