Not the usual - how to deal with numpties question!...
I'm trying to message someone locally about car parts and I keep getting 'Couldn't send. Tap to try again'.
Could it be they are possibly on holiday and are being flagged by FB as being a different country so won't allow him to receive?
Have messaged other people fine, and it's the first time I've messaged this bloke so no reason to think I've been blocked.

Could be they've been flagged as a trader/neer-do-well/fake account etc and their account suspended.
That being said my guess is based on nothing.
