It would have been shit to watch, a total anti-climax, but the only fair ways to end that race were either to finish under the safety car, or to allow all of the lapped cars to unlap themselves.
Not a Lewis fan here, but honestly he was robbed of that race!

That was fair though, and probably the most exciting action seen at the front of a race all year while still keeping it fair. A shame Botas was incapable of helping out in a similar fashion at any point of the year.
