It was filmed at Carreg Cennen castle, just over the hill from where I live. Bernard Llewelyn (the Gaffer) is an absolute star. If you are ever in the Western end of the Brecon Beacons, or passing by on the way to Brechfa, Cwm Rhaidr or the Doetie valley it is a worthwhile stop. Excellent cream teas too 🙂
