Got an abscess on my gum. It kinda sorted itself without antibiotics and faded, but it's now back with a vengeance.... Was in Davos the last week with work, hence no dentist visit. At least one tooth is now very wobbly.
I'm half tempted to pull it out, but doubt the pain will subside....

have popped a couple of Neurofen Plus, the ones with codeine, i had from the UK (not allowed in Germany).
has anyone had any experience of using dentists in the eastern Europe?
my health insurance only covers a few hundred euros worth of treatment a year. dentists in Hungary or Slovenia are lots cheaper.... (some companies offer flights/travel to Budapest, 4* hotel and dental check-up for 199€.)
Good call re dentist elsewhere. I had a filling replaced in Prague city center for £25 and the surgery was as good and clean as any in Germany. All modern stuff, none of the old style drills powered by belts type of thing....
You're not far from the border, must be worth it...
