I'm trying to keep myself a bit fitter and build more general strength beyond what I get from riding my bikes lots. I've kept up the habit of doing one of Abi Carver's 15 minute yoga videos from Pink Bike first thing in a morning, but could do with mixing it up a bit with some more dynamic exercises.

Anyone have any good videos they use? I need a video to follow because first thing in the morning is the only time I can stick to an exercise routine, but I have limited brain capacity at that time ๐Ÿ˜€

Criteria:
- No more than 20 minutes
- Preferably no annoying American voices (can't deal with that first thing, or ever) - or can be followed with the sound off (preferable anyway actually)
- No equipment needed

Cheers!

Definitly worth having a look at the joe wicks/ bodycoach videos. They're killing me slowly, I'm fighting back with biscuits and beer though, don't you worry.

Thanks, will check them out too.

I should mention the one I did the other day which was quite good - more on the same channel too.
