Can i assume for TV's and various home theatre sets up's you don't need higher than cat 6a-7? I probably need about 10 - so Amazon will be fine.

urm most tv's don't have more than 1gb connectivity so CAT5e or CAT6 will be fine.
for most short runs amazon stuff is fine

...but in the meantime - no point going higher than 5e unless it's a specialist application.
