[Closed] Excellent service off Biketart
With all the poor service people are receiving from on-line suppliers I thought I'd share in the excellent service I received off of Biketart. I've never used them before but ordered yesterday around 14:30 and had item delivered today. Had e-mail to confirm order and dispatch. Not a bad price too cheaper than several of the bigger on-line suppliers and obviously in stock.
wish I could say the same. Where the **** is my frame? 🙁
never called me or emailed me back despite saying they would.
Anyone else had problems with these guys? Ordered a pair of shorts last week - no word on delivery, nothing received. Sent 3 emails, no reply...
Always been nice and fast when I have ordered stuff from them.
Decided to phone them - promptly let me know the item was not in stock. Will be sending out as soon as shipment comes in.
Guessing my emails must not have been getting through.
Wasn't by chance a nukeproof frame was it?
Na, just a pair of shorts...
Sorry that was aimed at bruneep. They've had loads of problems with those nukeproof frames
