I am sure I have done it before, but lets say
Column A1 = 15/12/20222
I want it to read = Thu 15/12/2022
How do I do this?

Right click on the cell (or cells)
Select Format
Choose "Custom"
Type: ddd dd/mm/yyyy

On the Home tab of the ribbon click on the format dropdown, at the bottom it'll say 'More Number Formats' - click that then at the bottom it'll say 'Custom' - click that then in the box where it says 'Type' enter
ddd dd/mm/yy
PS - and there I was thinking this was about a new app where geeks can hook up 😀

One of those I have done in the past but just couldnt remember, I was trying to do fancy formula !
