Inline with Bathroom ceiling vent, exhaust from soffit .

What ducting, pvc, aluminium or insulated?

Was thinking flexible pvc Any recommendations though. Will Insulated help stop Water drip from the vent after a long steamy shower?

Just standard pvc on ours, never had a dripping issue but the timer does stay on quite a while which might help reduce condensation build up.

We've flexible plastic.
It goes vertically upwards for about 40cm through the insulation, with a air-return valve fitted directly on top of the ceiling vent.
It then does 91* turn to inline fan and that all then slopes to the soffit, where it turns again and exits downwards.
I don't get any condensation coming back in now (we've had it in previous houses) as it drains out the house. We also don't get wind blowing back in either.

Thanks all. Did you get one of those thin membrane type back draught stoppers.
