Currently crop dusting various rooms in the house & leaving behind the most vile smell. Girlfriends eyes are watering & to be honest I'm even making myself nauseous.
Any recommendations for quick fixes? Tried a cup of peppermint tea so far.

Whats your diet like? Had a similar problem a while back and couldn't work it out as I thought my diet was good. Turned out to be to much saturated fat. My diet included lots of olive oil which is very high in saturated fat. Had the same problem if I ate to many cisps, pies/pasties etc again all foods high in saturated fat.

I'm usually quite gassy but these ones have a sharp smell. And the hangtime is immense. Diet is usually good but I have been craving a lot of stodgy food lately with the cold weather so wonder if that's the cause.

I let out a bad one in our kenyan safari minibus on my honeymoon as we passed through a village. The people on the bus closed the windows and said oh those poor people having to live with that smell! Needless to say it remained on the bus for some time.
