My Chinese phone has a problem with the touchscreen and so far Banggood have agreed it's faulty and that it's within warranty. They want me to send it back for repair, which I guess is fair enough, but I wondered if anyone has experience of this. I'm wondering if it's worth posting a phone to China and back, being without one for x weeks, or if I should just suck it up and buy another instead.
And yes, I know that this is why they're cheaper in the first place!
